Congratulations you have just joined a new project at work! You will be working with a new group of colleagues for the next several months. You must foster a sense of community in order to succeed, relying on a strong sense of solidarity. Before you begin however, you must introduce yourself to the group using an “identity tree” highlighting who you are personally and culturally.
